We are hiring for two distinct operational roles at our Northgate facility:

1. Machine Operators (Full training provided)

2. Forklift Operators (Counterbalance / High Reach experience)

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

• Rotating Shift (Afternoon/Night): Monday to Friday, 2:15pm – 10:15pm / 10:00pm – 6:00am

Role Requirements

1. Machine Operators (Training Provided):

• No experience required: Full, hands-on machine training provided on site.

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.

• Physical Fitness: Able to handle active work and lift up to 30kg.

• Standards: High commitment to site health, safety, and hygiene rules.

• Communication: Able to accurately follow written and verbal work instructions.

2. Forklift Operators:

• Licensing: Current LF Forklift License.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years operating Counterbalance and/or Hyster High Reach forklifts.

• Precision: Fast, accurate stock movements in a high-volume warehouse environment.

• Physical Capability: Fit and capable of manual handling up to 30kg when needed.

• Safety Focus: Strict adherence to warehouse traffic rules and safety protocols.What You Bring to the Team.
