Join a globally recognised household name and industry leader in the Health Care, Manufacturing, and Transport sectors. Based in Pemulwuy, NSW, our client is looking for High Reach Forklift Drivers with storeperson experience.

Shifts:

• Mon – Thu: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Friday: 5:00 am – 1:06 pm

Your Responsibilities

This is a versatile role that keeps you moving. You will be expected to support all departments across the warehouse.

• Order Fulfillment: Picking orders from conveyor belts and packing/wrapping pallets.

• Stock Management: Receiving, replenishment, and labeling cartons.

• Operational Support: General warehouse duties, manual handling, and re-stacking pallets.

• Forklift Operation: High-reach operation as required (refer to requirements below).

What We’re Looking For

• License & Experience: A current LF license with at least 2 years of High Reach experience.

• Career Drive: A willingness to obtain your LO License within the first 6 months.

• Reliability: You are punctual, energetic, and committed to long-term work.

• Precision: High attention to detail and the ability to hit strict KPIs and cut-off times.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 20kg (intermittent, not consistent).

• Team Spirit: A "can-do" attitude with the flexibility to help out in any department.

Important Note: To ensure you are fully integrated into the site's unique safety and operational standards, you will focus on floor-based storeperson duties for the first 12 months before transitioning into regular forklift operation.
