Essential Recruitment & Consult has partnered with Australia's largest online retailer of pet food and accessories, and we are looking for dedicated Warehouse Team Members to join their fast-growing distribution centre in Eastern Creek, NSW.

You must be available for immediate start on Afternoon shift.

What You Will Be Doing

In this fast-paced and hands-on role, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.

• Sorting, breaking down, and wrapping pallets.

• Using RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.

• Safely operating electric pallet riders (Linde machines).

• Performing manual handling tasks, including the repetitive lifting of stock weighing 25kg to 30kg.

• General housekeeping to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

• Physical Fitness: The ability to comfortably and safely perform repetitive heavy lifting (up to 30kg) throughout your shift.

• Equipment Skills: Prior experience operating an electric pallet rider, or a proactive willingness to learn. (A valid Forklift License is highly regarded, though not essential).

• Availability: Ready for an immediate start and available to work 5 days a week.

• Reliability: A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide two recent professional references.

• Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
